yeah definately, drop a message if your still interested 
they still work, but the rebound isnt slowed very much. its basically just running on the spring, and i dont now if you can adjust it (ive never tryed) but probably not. for £45 it would be a deal definately 
nah, got it at the local shop but i know they were sellin them in halfords (that o so high quality bike shop) 
its 100mm bcd (i think), and 170mm outer diameter
